These aren’t the best captures of this memorial.  But I was really going for more of a composed shots.  After scouting locations, I went for opposite sides.  I took the first to capture the many levels and to post things to scale.  I switched sides and decided to use this one just because I love the reflection I got.  In case you don’t know, this is the World Trade Center memorial footprints.  The shear size combined with the incredible peacefulness creates an atmosphere that is really powerful.  Life is kind of jolted into perspective when you are here.  I am just glad the heat broke and it was very comfortable out.  Made the passage to and fro much more forgiving.
