Day 52 (417) – February 21, 2019
Black & White – A Photo a Week / Which Way Challenge / Kammie’s Oddball / Undermine – FOWC / Wan – RDP / Seldomly – WODC
It was 60 degrees today. Can you believe it. The roads, grass, and trees which were buried in ice and 8 – 10 inches of snow, less than 24 hours ago, are free of most of it and the roads are dry. As if nothing ever happened. It is almost like Mr. Heatmiser is undermining Mr. Freezemiser. Unfortunately, that didn’t prevent an accident close to home, requiring a detour to get around it. It always causes my pulse to pick up and I am sure my face was a little wan when I think it could be my kids, but then I seldomly remember that they aren’t here at first, but when I do everything returns to normal. You can’t really blame me. Each of the kids were in accidents when they started driving. Our insurance thanked us profusely. Our bank accounts did not.
There but for the grace of God and all that! I hope no one was hurt.

Hope not as well haven’t heard. It was at the same intersection I photo’d awhile back (where we saw the “figures” in the lights). They really need to do something there.

The Battle of the Misers is confusing me, daily. Will one season finally be victorious?

Oh, my! I’m sure that will be my feelings too when my kids start driving.

It’s funny how something can stir up a long forgotten memory.

The closer my son gets to driving, the more I don’t want him to😳

I was like that at first, but then when I saw how much it helped out, especially with his brother and sister, it made it easier to handle.

Ugh. The thought of my kids behind the wheel terrifies me. 😳😳

What’s worse is the older they get the more “experienced” they think they are!

Hahaha! I’m a little guilty of that myself. 😃
