A Place In The Sun

Day 216 – August 4, 2019

Yellow – Sunday Stills / Pink – One Word Sunday / Previous – FOWC / Continue – RDP / Broken – WODC

In a previous post I showed you the results of my fledgling butterfly/hummingbird garden.  This isn’t it.  No where near. All my sunflowers are broken as deer continue to snack like it is there all you can eat salad bar.  However, should I ever have one be successful, this is what I want it to look like!  And I am really happy with this photo. So I got that going for me.

  1. Thanks for the like – the deer are my neighborhood gang – luckily we don’t have sunflowers (great image by the way)- had to start living here to discover they like almost all leaves, except for bulbs!

    1. Thanks for sharing a great post! Don’t I know the deer dilemmas. Not sure how far or if you saw any past posts but even if I wanted to grow anything the deer would take it out for me in no time. I can’t even grow close to the home because they come right up. On one hand I think it’s cool and don’t mind the free lawn maintenance on the other I’m not a fan of the fleas ticks and poop pellets everywhere
