The Light at the End of the Tunnel

Free Stylin Out

Tonight was closing night of the show and also marks an end to perhaps the busiest 10 months of my life.  It is amazing to think back and realize that at one point I was directly involved in 5 productions at one time. And not just in some minor capacity.  Isn’t the saying “we never take on more than we can handle”?  I’d like to meet that person.  In any case, I shot this picture right at the end, after curtain call when the kids are allowed to free style off as the curtain closes.  The pure exhilaration they feel is pureed out and left on stage and I cannot say how proud I am of this group.  There is a great feeling of accomplishment, and now as the dust settles, I can look back and finally relax knowing that we did the best we could.  April 28,2012

    1. I have done this a long time, and while I know I will miss it, I will enjoy the weight that has been lifted. Thank you so much for the comment, I greatly appreciate it.
