Day 313 – November 9, 2019

Turkey Vultures.  With temps in the 30’s, actually a record low this morning at 25 (-3.88 Celsius) I was actually surprised to see them.  Looks like there may be some youths who don’t know any better.  They probably are lamenting that they didn’t head for warmer waters a few days ago.  Heck, I lament that I am not headed to warmer waters.

  1. Funny how some species get left behind when it’s time to move on. Like you say, just youngsters and perhaps still gaining strength for the flight ahead. It fascinates me that they instinctively know where to go.
