Late night. Just got home from back to school night. Talk about some anxiety. But it’s over and now just one more workday before students fill the classroom. Is it summer yet? Had a very interesting set of prompts today. Because I had to work late, I got to go in late which gave me some time to snap off some shots. It wasn’t a ton of time but just enough to get lost on the mountain and find a road that ended in the bush. It is actually a pretty interesting site. One which needs to be explored when I have more time. I really want to go back in the fall when the leaves are gone and whatever it is hiding is exposed. I am guessing it is some loading dock and not some entrance into a secret bat cave or lair or something abnormal. But then if it is that, that would be pretty cool too.

Eldest daughter and my son are both back in school preparing for next week when the children start back. I believe you finished earlier for the summer than we did.

It feels like it is. I think it’s because we went so late into the summer thanks to all the snow days. But the nice thing is that the state mandates we start after Labor Day, in years past we would already be two weeks into the year…
