30 minutes prior to this photo we had a mother of a storm blow through the area. A lightning struck pretty close to the house and when I went out to inspect, I noticed the neighbors had the same concerns. 15 minutes later I am out, errantly driving about, when I noticed the irrefutable blue haze settling on the mountains, thanks to the heavy air left behind by the storm. I would actually prefer the rain relief over the suppressing humidity any day.
