I went stand up paddle boarding today. I have never done this before. Who knew a leisure activity would be a great cardio/glute/kegel/calve/thigh/upper body workout? I mean I think it covered all ends of the spectrum and the hilarity factor was a great gut buster, especially with some of my more impressive dives (unintentional). It was a really fun day 3 of my conference. And even though we are back to a full day schedule tomorrow, I am sure I will find some time to steal away for some new photo ops. Below are some other shots from the excursion, and some of these very strange vampire frogs I happened to come across. Seriously, they freaked me out. They were everywhere!

Those frogs scared the sh## out of me. They looked possessed and they were EVERYWHERE!
