Some Like It Hot

Day 202 – July 21, 2019

Taste of Summer – Sunday Stills / Fly – One Word Sunday / Productive – FOWC / Puzzle – RDP / Target – WODC / DAY 21 – July’s Blue Squares

I took the picture below right after I took the photo above just to give you an idea of the conditions we have been dealing with.  Anastasia rarely sits in that spot. I was puzzled as to why, but then it all made sense.  Today I came down and found her plopped down right in front of the fan. Her face was literally in the fan, I tried to get that photo but she wouldn’t do it again. I guess you can’t blame her.  It is hard to be productive when you are dealing with 130 f degree temps (54.4 c – heat index ), and your preferred element is snow.  The home HVAC system was working overtime to hit our target indoor temp, which proved to be unsuccessful. I am just hoping this cool front will knock temps low enough tonight so the AC can finally take a break.

  1. Ah poor puppy! My dogs love to be outside but the dog days of summer come around and they look at the door like nope we’ll stay in the AC. I wouldn’t be surprised if they figure out the liter box before Fall decides to roll around again 🙂 Hope you guys cool down!

  2. That is unbearably hot! We are expected to have a high of 24°C today ( 75°F ). I think the forecast is wrong especially up here on my farm. It’s cold, damp and windy! The kind of day that makes you want to stay in bed. I’d love a little of your heat, just a bit!
