Kick It Out

Day 139 – May 19, 2019

The Lonely Playground – Sunday Stills / Power – One Word Sunday /

I guess it wasn’t quite lonely, but from my perspective it sure looked pretty vacant.  Soccer (football) was always a passion of mine.  Growing up into my 30’s, I played, coached, and watched matches with much enjoyment.  It’s been a few years now that I last picked up a ball (let alone kicked one) but whenever I see a group playing, it grabs my attention, and I even get the itch to knock it around the pitch a bit.  Except now I think I would probably get winded just thinking of running.  I should really do something about that.

I am running late tonight so I won’t be able to get to Look What I Found, so I will look twice as hard tomorrow!

  1. Soccer is awesome – wish I had the chance to play when I was younger – but I’d do coach youth soccer on and off for a few years – anyhow – I can see why you love soccer and after playing so long I can see why you miss it
