Find The River

Day 125 – May 5, 2019

Revenge of the fifth – Sunday Stills / Pollution – One Word Sunday / Black & White Weekend / View from the Side – Cee’s B&WSpeed – FOWC / Road – RDP /

Not much pollution in the air today.  It’s been a complete rain out. I am thinking someone pissed off the 5th of May and it’s seeking revenge.  And as I mentioned yesterday, we were in a flood watch.  Well sure as the rain is falling, the water has climbed out of the banks of the Monocacy and is speeding across and swamping out a whole lot of space.  There were even a couple of road closures I came across. Typically, you cannot see the river from any of the angles pictured, it is concealed behind the trees, so I am thinking it is a pretty severe flood stage.  Not to worry, I don’t live near this river, but there are a number of farms that saddle up right next to it. Hoping they didn’t seed recently, lord knows all that Fert has been washed away.
