A brief respite of sun prompted the bottom photo. Not less then 5 minutes after, the blue turned to gray and the sun went away. Which is probably why the (gated) roof top bar was abandoned. That and the tornado watch/ severe thunderstorm warning may have played a part. Nothing can throw a happy go lucky, Game of Thrones watch party, into a bit of mass confusion like 60 mph winds, softball size hail and driving rains. Picture 40 jovial revelers recalling the naughty parts of the medieval show when, instead of snow, Tornado is Coming. Pretty much like life imitating art I’d say. I love spring.

Nice way to tie in “gate!” But softball sized hail? Ouch!

No kidding. Especially when I meant to write “golfball” 😂😂🤣🤣 I always think it’s a bit much whenever they say that or grapefruit size.

We saw pea sized hail here in Sacramento a few weeks ago and about died of shock. Golf ball sized will damage a lot!

I have noticed that weather has contributed to confusion for a few of OWS posts this week. Shame about that , as the bar looks very inviting
