Delicious – Lens Artists / Six Word Saturday / Easter – Weekly Prompts Photo / Track – FOWC / April – RDP / Portable – WODC
Present me a challenge with the word delicious, and I am going to gain 5 – 10 pounds while compiling delicious photos. Ā My track record confirms this. Ā So to take some of the weight off šĀ my shoulders I enlisted the help of Anastasia as she partook in a nice serving of puppacino. Ā Served in a portable vessel large enough to bury her muzzle in for the long haul. Ā Actually, who wouldn’t shove their face into a cup of whipped cream when presented with the opportunity?

Thats absolutely ridiculous! But I must do it (and do it I will. TG easter is right around the corner!) I am also intrigued by the EVOO in water!

The EVOO in water is not the best – but a few times some shots of oil have been an elixir – and that ascorbic acid is one amazing immune booster – not for everyday coz it is acidic – but in some of my healing groups people sip vitamin c water with splash of oil (helps carry it and helps so much) and then take “NAC” – sometimes 5 caps (500 mg capsules) per day – like during flu season or if recovering or healing up (I used to be in a handful of healing circles) anyhow -those two items are power duo
– add some magnesium chilies to the mix and woo hoo
Anyhow – avocado oil tastes better – and even coconut oil is good too – but need to melt it down and then have tepid water

Probably going to regret this but- NAC? Magnesium chiliās? I basically use coconut oil in most of my cooking.
