Not really a bonus but I wanted to add it so I have something to talk about since I believe my prompt photo answered all challenges! So for those of you who have been following my car dilemma, I am happy to report I am no longer in the market. Hallelujah! While I was worried that my lack of desire combined with my pressing need would cause me to “settle” for something, in the end I can honestly say that I did not rush the process, that I did my homework and took time to look and research makes and models along with the features. I can also say that after narrowing down the selection, I test drove the vehicles and made sure I liked what I drove. In addition, I walked away from 2 deals because I was unhappy with the process and I held firm with what I was asking. In the end, while I spent more than I wanted, intended, etc., I can report that I believe I got everything I wanted, including color, and perhaps a little bit more. I also take possession (tomorrow morning) believing that, pending anything detrimental to the vehicle, I am driving away with my “forever” car. So thank you for all your support and advice and well wishes. I appreciate all of you! Who wants to go for a ride? 😛
