I’m going to sound like a broken record but we are yet again in another flood warning.  The rain has been tenacious.  It literally has been raining non stop for the last 36 hours, pouring for the last 9.  It turned our front yard into a raging river.  No lie, check the video below the photos below 😳! Yesterday I said that I was looking forward to a wine and music festival today.  It was cancelled, last night, due to flooding. Comprehensively,  just a depressing day.  Needing to get out, I headed to Lowe’s with Anastasia.  Lowe’s is one of the few places that let dogs in, and she loves Lowe’s, so I thought it would be fun. She has come so far considering that a year ago she’d greet people and wouldn’t always respond right away to corrections.  In other words, she was still a puppy.  But now she is just a joy to bring along.  She hasn’t lost her puppy spirit, but her response time is so much faster. I swear she thinks she is a bird dog, because as I was looking at some things, I turned to find her sitting in front of this box.  For some reason I found it rather aMUSEing 😛, enough to laugh, making it look like I was tipsy to those around me. Overall a very wet, not terrible, way to end the weekend.
