Day 236 – August 24, 2018
Shades of Gray – Weekly Photo Challenge / Fluffy – Ragtag Daily Prompt / Reflex – FOWC / Bravado – WODC /
So I will admit, my one purpose today was to respond to Jenn’s (Travel with Intent) weekly photo challenge. In fact, I didn’t look at the other challenges I normally respond to, until I had this photo. I mean, it’s obvious, this photo is about as fluffy as a chainsaw. But I knew what I wanted and my natural reflex sprung into action. Luckily I was downtown, otherwise, I wouldn’t have reacted with as much bravado. But fortune prevailed, and, quite frankly, based on how this week ended, I will take whatever fortune I can. This is another beautiful mural painted onto a wall in one of the most curious locations. Unless you knew where to look, most likely, you would walk right past it. It sits at the bottom of a stairwell, at the entrance to one of the popular restaurants in town. (check out the photo of it from the top of the stairs, below) It’s a impressive rendering of two of the spires that make up the “Clustered Spires”. It just happens to be one of the many special touches that make this town so unique. Happy Weekend everyone!

There are so many little hidden art sites. It’s almost like a scavenger hunt!
