Stacked and Stuffed

Happy Father’s Day!  It was a very quiet day filled with food and naps.  Well not naps really, but I was pretty much a slug today.  It’s ok though, I had permission.  So here I am, at my daughters restaurant where she is a waitress.  I wanted to spend a little time with her so why not take advantage and visit her at work and grab some dinner.  After completing the main course you could say that I had more than my fill.  When my daughter brings me this monster of a dessert.  Literally, it was a monster.  The twin scoops of Ice Cream resting on top of a Lava cake and the whipped cream and chocolate syrup completing the presentation.  Simply looking at this sent me into sugar shock.  I did manage to make a pretty decent dent in it, leaving the moiety scoop of the ice cream, for her to finish.
