Day 159 – June 8, 2018

Shoes or Feet – Cee’s Black & White Challenge

Sunday – Scott’s Daily Prompt

Warning, for those who are not “feet people” scroll down so you can’t see the photos. Uhm, I guess it might be a little too late for that, maybeI should have put that warning above the photos.  Oh well, lesson learned. True story.  I kind of had this idea last night after seeing Scott’s prompt.  I knew I wanted to play on the Sun Day, think of it as an activity and not the day.  The I saw Cee’s prompt.  And I knew what I had to do.  I did not know how I was going to compose it.  Except pray that it was sunny, and figure a way to capture that (being sunny) in a black and white.  Hence the sun glasses.  The thing I did not plan for was Anastasia in the background, soaking in the sun as she normally does.  This is pretty much why I posted a b&w and color photo (they are different)!  I am also very happy that I did not wait to take it.  The sun has given way to what will soon be rain clouds.  Happy Friday.  OH PS, I am seriously looking at changing the theme of my blog.  I have been using this one since I first started.  It is, as WordPress says, obsolete but is grandfathered in.  The idea of changing themes scares the s^!* out of me.  But I feel I am missing out on some of the better features and widgets available.  So does any of you amazing readers, have any advice, or suggestions, on hot to handle this.  And, any recommendations of what themes I should look at.  I would like to keep the basic format of the latest entry being the front page.  Not too much to ask 😎 Now… Happy Friday!
