Day 149 – May 29, 2018

Juxtapose – DWP

Not the most interesting of photos, I know. But personally I think I am using it as a reminder for what/when this happened. This is one of the 6 truckloads of undergrowth, dead trees, and brush piles that was hauled from the backyard. We just bought the lot behind the house and for the last 3 months Ms. Red has been slowly working her way through the lot, clearing out the brush the best she could. After 3 months we had accumulated many piles and the trips to take them away grew tiresome and coincidentally we just so happened to find someone who could haul away the piles.  They were also willing to finish cleaning out the undergrowth and take down the many dead pin oaks that are one storm away from being an unwelcome house guest. So rather then tempt fate, the backyard has been converted into a habitable, tranquil area that is more inviting and provides better cover for the many deer and other wildlife that frequent the area.  Not that we had the problem before!  Below are the before shots of the area.  You will have to come back tomorrow for the after!
