Day 122 – May 2, 2018

Abrupt  – DWP

It was 90 degrees today.  I am not sure if that was the “official” temperature, quite frankly, I have no clue who, what, where, how the “official temp” is measured. As far as I am concerned, the “official temp” is wherever I am.  So I am definitely sure that it was 90 degrees today, and with that winter came to an abrupt halt, we passed right over spring and went straight into summer.  Of course, this could all be meaningless if we continue the pattern we have engraved this year, and return to winter in 3-4 days. But what difference does it make to me, I was in the cool, dark confines of a theatre underground.  The same theatre where I will be for the next three days as the last full production of the season opens and abruptly closes in the span of said three days.  For better or worse, it will be over, the spring show season will be done and summer break will descend, none to soon.  At least according to my “official” calendar.
