Sewn Up – WPC: Beloved

Day 32 – Feb 1, 2018

This weeks photo challenge word was “Beloved” and yesterday when I checked the word it happened to fall on the day my daughter had surgery to repair her knee. This was her 3rd surgery to repair her meniscus on both knees. The photo is one I was able to capture in recovery. While it is a hands down closed case on where my heart lies, when your child is undergoing a major procedure, with any type of risk, that feeling magnifies more than anyone who has gone through it, can explain. And while my daughter will probably kill me if /when she sees this post/picture, at least she will know that she is my beloved.
