The Weekly Fast Break- January 14, 2018
Back in the first week of September a tradition of a weekly Sunday Breakfast was born. The first few weeks, a few establishments were visited and on the second Sunday of October, The Palm’s in Emmitsburg, was given a shot. Since then the Palm’s has been the weekly Sunday stop. It has been the highlight of the week since then (except for the last two weeks of December when they were closed). Inside the restaurant is what can be described as a quaint diner where everyone, meaning the staff, knows your name (which, after 11 weeks, has happened). It is a great way to start (or end) the week and actually a great subject for today’s post.
