Assembly Line

My parents joined us for the holidays this year and it has been quite sometime since we hosted them. It was definitely a great addition to this years holiday. And one of the benefits that come from having my mom here is that at least one of the meals will be cooked by her and will recall some fond memories. It was a wonderful meal of chicken enchiladas which did not last long. December 26, 2012
