Weekly Photo Challenge: Green

Last year my family brought home a kitten that I documented during last years 365.  While I am an animal lover, I have been very hesitant about any new additions.  In fact, last year’s addition was not endorsed by me, so imagine my surprise when I was introduced to yet another addition to the family.  This is Lucy and she is barely 9 weeks. And I chose to photo her for this weeks challenge because when I thought about the theme, I wanted to stay away from the color and instead focus on the adjective.  And what is more green than a new kitten, or puppy for that matter who is still learning the lay of the land while developing their fine motor skills.  Add that to a house that is already loaded with animals who have a rightful claim to their territory, and you have a cat who is learning some lessons very quickly.  No I wasn’t too thrilled with this new addition, but she is kinda cute.
