Weekly Photo Challenge: Happy

A Change of Seasons

This was/is such a broad topic that I almost wish they would break it down into more specific themes.  So I thought about it and I asked myself of all the things that make me happy no matter what is happening, this shot captures many things.  Primarily Fall.  The leaves, which are beginning to change colors, is something I look forward to.  They make my drive to and from work so much more appealing because the drive, on many a morning, is simply breathtaking.  The Fall air is crisp and cool and s ,just stepping outside to take a breath makes me happy.  Of all the pictures that I take, the ones that allow me to go just get caught up in the colors and the scenery are the ones that make me happy.  I am happiest at this time of the year, when nature becomes an artist. “What should I do about the wild and the tame? The wild heart that wants to be free, and the tame heart that wants to come home... I want to keep a place among the rocks where no one can find me. I want to be with you.” ― Jeanette Winterson
