Downtown Frederick had an especially strong fall feel tonight. Driving to rehearsal, the air was crisp and cool, the sun was bright, and there was that early fall smell in the air. When I drove by this row of houses, I caught this front stoop and I really liked it so I shot a few pics of it. I really liked how the dog appears to be protecting the mail slot. That and the colors and just inviting feel to the shot completed the good feeling that was already in the air. September 16, 2012
