An absolutely gorgeous day brought out the best in the area. The sun was shining, skies were blue and temperatures were very warm. One resident took advantage of the day and was burning some yard waste. Now I know the title is misleading, for we aren’t even close to the smokey mountains, but it works! You can see Ski Liberty’s trails carved in the timber line behind the smoke. It made for one fantastic view, especially with the famed blue tint hanging over the ridge. September 13, 2012
