Footbrothers

Today was the first regular game of the high school soccer season. So I am sure there will be a number of match shots during the next two months.  And hopefully today was the hottest of all matches as temps were riding right along the 100 degree line.  It was not pretty.  But still the team played admirably as they dealt with the elements.  I have to say though, as a spectator, it will be much more worthwhile as both my sons are playing on the high school team.  This is a shot toward the end of the JV match, and as the sun was setting, the air was beginning to cool, it felt like soccer season.  I am sure this will be a rare shot as well, with both boys sitting next to each other, within striking distance, and no fists flying and tempers not flaring.  August 31, 2012
