Caught Cat Napping

If only there wasn’t a door…

The weather outside is weather… and over 100 degrees for the second straight day.  I wasn’t doing much in the way of leaving to go out to look for something to shoot, not in this heat 🙂  So I decided to hope for the best and shoot some things around here.  At first I started to shoot our cat, who seems to love this particular window and can often be found perched in front of it.  But as I started to get closer, I noticed the subject of her curiosity. Our outdoor cat found a nice shady spot to take an afternoon siesta, much to Nica’s dismay. I don’t think it was that shady as he often likes to tease her.  So a few shots and I had my subject for the day.  Now it’s time for a nap.  July 6, 2012
