Proscenium

Who Knew?

Sailing Through

I have lived in the area for 12 years, and even before that close enough for the last 20 years, but to not know of a lake this size within a 45 minute drive?  I took my son to work today.  He works here.  All along I just thought it was a little amusement type park.  Little did I know when he said he worked at the Marina, that it was an actual MARINA.  With boats! The lake is large, and what is very surprising is that this is the first I have ever seen it.  I am kind of in shock and surprise at how beautiful it really is.  This shot is only a small snippet, but you can just imagine the rest of the area surrounded in blue with the occasional green ridge of trees cutting through.  You can bet there will be more shots from here in the upcoming months!
