Puttin Around

Hole In One

There is a family fun center in Gettysburg that has been shut down for the longest time.  Every time I drive by it I think to myself , if I had the money I would love to buy it, fix it up and provide kids a new place to be able to go to instead of hanging in the streets.  Of course, it doesn’t take long until reality slaps me across the face and says “are you kidding?” But I still think it would be fun to do.

I took this photo to make you think that this was a rundown barn, when actually it is a rundown barn, on a miniature golf course at this old fun center.  If you look carefully in the background, you can see the score card stand for one of the other holes.  I really like this picture though, especially just how life size it leads you to believe it is.  June 25, 2012
