A Light In the Dark

We Need Some Light

It was a long day on the road today as we returned home from our weekend trip to Ohio.  While yesterday presented me with a party box of pictures, today I wasn’t so lucky.  In fact if I didn’t take any of these pictures of this lamppost, I wouldn’t have had any to post, so at least I got these.  I actually chose this one because there was something I liked about the focus of the composition.  I think it’s because the lines that I had flowing were abruptly disrupted by the subject of the picture.  I don’t know.  Or maybe it’s because of all the times I have been to this house, I don’t think I really stood back and appreciated the beautiful curb appeal.  In any case, at least I got a post for today!
