Knouse foods is a local company that I talked about in last years 365. I had to pick up some applesauce for lunches yesterday and when I drove by this today I just happened to think it was ironic, so I took a few pictures. Knouse foods is an plant that makes Musslemans and Lucky Leaf Apple sauce. Of course with apples not ready to be harvested the crates are stacked and ready to go to work in Late September/October when its harvest time. I thought this was an interesting shot because of the depth of field I experimented with and the colors. May 30, 2012
