It is spring sports season, and even on Sunday they are getting that extra practice. Granted it helps that it was a great day to be outside, but as I passes the many fields around the area there were a number of spring activities being practiced. Troy was kind enough to let me shoot him as he practiced throwing the discus. It also gave me a chance to work with the sunny 16 rule, and shooting high speed action shots. I really liked this one with the sun flare, and the framing of the shot. March 11, 2012
