A Harsh Reminder

This is the second accident I have seen at this intersection in the last two days.  I am not sure why, and as I was stopped to wait to get by, I could not figure out for the life of me how the heck it happened.  But while I was trying to figure it out, I realized how often my mind seems to wander off the road, and now with text messaging, cell phones etc., the need for us to pay even more attention to the road becomes greater.  I am not assuming anything, but it isn’t beyond probability that a cell phone played a prominent role in this accident.  It is a harsh reminder that we all need to be safer and take care of our attention while on the road. I pray that all victims are ok and that they can return to their lives quickly.  So please buckle up and drive safe.  I would like my blog subscribers to be around awhile 🙂  Feb 21, 2012
