Hung Out to Dry

Coming home tonight, as the rain started to fall, I thought how apropos. But what really caught my eye was how bright it stood out against the night and how welcoming it seemed, even though it was about to close down for the night.  There was a person inside as well waiting for their last load to be done as you can barely make out the top of their head in the bottom right corner of the window.  I was hoping to catch them at the dryers, but I ran out of time.  Oh well, so much for that “perfect” composition.  November 20, 2011
