This is not what I shot today. After spending some time out shooting some other scenes, on the way home I encountered this family (there were actually 2 others near by.) So I allowed them to cross, and then slowed and they returned the favor and allowed me to photograph them. Quite frankly, nothing says Carroll Valley like empty lots and deer. I liked this shot as much as any of my other compositions so I figure why not?
